1. Structure and characteristics

ESR-1300x4.5E plate rolling machine adopts three-roller asymmetric structure, the upper roller is the main drive, and the lower roller gear meshes with the upper roller gear, and also serves as the main drive; the lower roller moves vertically, and the side roller moves tiltedly, with the dual functions of pre-bending and rolling. The structure is compact and easy to operate and maintain.

1. Side roller lifting device

The side rollers are electrically adjusted for lifting and lowering, and both sides are synchronized. A digital display is also configured to intuitively indicate the side roller position. This makes it more convenient and efficient when rolling plates with the same specifications and parameters in batches.

2. Upper roller drive device: The upper roller drive motor transmits power to a three-stage gear reducer through a chain. The gear reducer drives the upper roller gear through the output shaft gear and chain to rotate the upper roller and the lower roller.

3. The upper roller swing-out mechanism has a swing-out handle on the non-transmission side of the upper roller, which can be manually pulled out to remove the material.

4. Chassis: It adopts welded closed frame chassis, which has good bending and torsion resistance, large moment of inertia, and is easy to install and carry.

5. Electrical control system: The electrical control system of the equipment consists of an electrical control cabinet and an operating table. The power supply is AC 3-phase 380V/50HZ.
