W12S-12x3000 Four-roller hydraulic automatic plate rolling machine

The four-roller structure is the ideal configuration for current plate rolling machines, which can achieve fast and efficient rolling and forming, and can realize full CNC control.

The upper roller is fixed, and the lower roller moves vertically up and down to clamp the steel plate to achieve precise linear displacement control of the steel plate. The rollers on both sides move in an arc or straight line toward the upper roller. Structurally, there is one more lower roller than the arc down adjustment type and inclined down adjustment type three-roller plate rolling machine. Most of them are driven by the upper roller, and the others are passive rollers (single drive type). It is also possible to use the upper and lower rollers to be driven separately (double drive type) with both being active rollers and the side rollers being passive rollers.
